For anyone interested in peptides, I found this an interesting listen

out of interest, has anyone tried bpc-157?
yep, and TB500
helped heal a slipped rib so I could get back to wrestling within 6 weeks (rib was totally detached initially); and healed a tweaked back muscle very quickly (was using for the rib so thought why not). Didn't help with any more chronic issues though when tried before or after the rib incident.

tried bpc-157 and tb500 for long term back/shoulder/sternum pain no doctor/physio has found a cause for.
unfortunately the "wolverine" stack didnt cure it either. No real noticable difference, but also no side effects (that i know of). Worth a try though and lots of people have experiences of heping them

I've been taking two peptides for a month now.
GLOW - a stack of GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg).
And MOTS-C.
It's not revolutionary, but the GLOW has certainly reduced injury/aches and improved recovery. (and thickened my wife's hair - she takes it, not indirectly through me taking it..!).
MOTS-C has made a difference to mid-workout energy a little, especially cardio. I liken it the effect of Creatine, in-workout recovery improves allowing you to push a little harder/longer.

I have completed 10 weeks of 157 with 3 weeks of tb500 in the middle.
Tennis elbow (severe) and small bicept tear.
It definitely did something, bicept tear completely healed, tennis elbow pain reduced significantly although I can feel it coming back.
All of the above has been completed in line with reduced weight training on pull.
Ultimately I believe it helped me not only recover, but kept me in the gym.
Any small niggle was gone after 3 weeks as well
Hope this is helpful
