We are about to set off on a road trip that takes us through parts of Italy, I have been planning a route using Apple Maps and have noticed some towns have red areas.
Some of the areas are quite remote.
Any idea what they are, I don’t want to be entering a Ulez zone that I don’t know about.
Hard to tell from that map. Lots of Italian towns have ZTLs but they normally cover only the historic centres and main through routes are carved out. You cannot enter these and theyre well signposted.
There are also less restrictive LEZs which this looks more likely to be.
