Just been to look at a Chimaera.

Ad said "All cars HPi report" which after I rung to find out what's what about the car, I presume ment "HPi Clear" apparently they desided not to mention that it was a Cat D. Had low mileage and no documentation to prove and I have to say was looking like it had done a fair few more miles than the clock said seat looked particluarly manky.

No history (except the photos of the repair AFTER it had been done and before spraying).

Walked away.

I now have to work late (Mrs not keen on that) coz a salesman was less than forth coming.

Slightly narked.

Well done for walking away, which is never easy when you have your heart set on one of these beauties! Good luck in your search, there are plenty of great cars out there, just be patient....I waited ages for mine.

Parrot of Doom is selling his 94 400 which from what I've read is a very good buy. He's very honest and open about what has been done and needs doing. May be worth looking him up if it's an early one your after.
