Is there a main lotus website that advertises used lotus cars??? There used to be but I can no longer find it. Even the link on the website navigates to new cars only!

Online searches bring up by individual dealers.

Doesn't appear to be. I did a lot of searching when I thought that I'd like to be an owner.

Went a lot cheaper, brand new with 6 years warranty and Japanese in the end biggrin

Glad I’m not alone in being unable to find a used car search. What a bizarre way to run a company.

Best use Autotrader, there usually aren't that many available once you put in my tight parameters biggrin

Then it's quite obvious which ones are at Lotus dealers. There doesn't seem to be a joined up approach to searching for used, only for new cars.

I don't know, but maybe the dealers are all franchises.

I filled in the request for a test drive form on the Lotus site at least 3 times but got nowhere.

I guess that for such a niche car you won't get demonstrators everywhere but then why offer test-drives on the main site.

The few dealers I contacted were quite apathetic and didn't fill me with confidence, apart from Bell and Colville in Surrey.

But whenever they got a just out of warranty V6 manual in, it was sold virtually straightaway.

The cars sell themselves so in my case the dealers weren't bothered, so I can't really blame them.

Still would love to own one, one day smile
