Recommendation regarding family law

Hey PH,

I am trying to help a friend navigate some issues that involve a child. TLDR, she wants to go abroad with the child without his consent.

I’ve told him to consider a court order but also to engage a solicitor.

Can anyone recommend a firm that is good in this area? Or anyone to PM for advice or that I can put in contact with?

More context needed, is this a holiday or a permanent move?

I have been previously advised I was able to move countries without the other parents permission so long as the move benefitted the children and I paid any costs involved in the non residents parents visits to see children . But this was a long time ago and things change...
