Saxtons - question

Is it allowed to ask for advice about a dealer?
I’ve seen a used car online at Saxtons in Essex that I might be interested in and would appreciate any thoughts on whether it’s worth trying to negotiate at all on the price.
And yes, I know it depends, but it’s better not to waste their time and mine going back and forth if the view is that the cars are priced to sell and they stick at the screen price and also best not to just pay what they are asking if they always knock a couple of thousand off at first time of asking.
Basically, on the scale of Tesco at one end and Morocco Bazaar at the other, does anyone know where they are?
The car’s three years old and £60,000.

It s likely to be very firm unless you can show them extremely similar model/spec advertised at dealers elsewhere.
Thanks, that’s good to know. It’s an uncommon enough model that it’s a bit hard to find other examples, so I’ll not waste time trying to haggle.I might see if I can push back on the admin fee though, which feels a strange thing to add when buying a used car.
