Nightmare, lost all my hard work and stats!
Turned it on last night and noticed my ratings box was missing from the top right corner, clicked on profile and went into the ratings part, continuously loads and never displays them.
Read all the fixes and none worked, data base rebuild, restoring licenses and clearing the catche. But to no avail, issue is still present!
Then decided to delete all console data, cloud data and factory reset the ps5. After all that the profile is still there and has the same issue, god knows how it is though!
So my lads set me up a new account on the ps and added his details, now have a new profile with the ratings and servers working..
Anyone had anything similar?

I had the same experience yesterday. I missed my league race, which still hurts. I spent over two hours troubleshooting before giving up. I restored the PS5 licenses, reinstalled ACC, updated to v1.19.15.1, (again) tested wired, Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot, verified PSN and PS Plus, and even reinstalled the game from scratch. Single player works fine, but my Driver Profile is still stuck on "Loading profile" and Multiplayer stays on "Searching servers" before ending with "No servers found." I opened a support ticket with 505 Games early this morning. From what I've found, it seems the issue may be related to players ACC online profile linked to their PSN account rather than their console or network. I (for now) t (for now) refuse to give up my build up history. 505 Games needs to fix this.

Gutted for you pal! Really interested to see how you get on with 505 games! Honestly the frustration of doing it all again, the worse part is now not having access to the servers until i build my SA and stats back up.... And now i have the fear of it happening again! I know what you mean, 505 seems to push us towards EVO, but it is not a real match in my opinion (not yet) if you compare it to ACC. However I saw this morning a message on their 505 official Discord, that they asked people to it. This initial test did not work , but they have now made an 2nd fix. So little hope it will come good today. Fingers crossed.
