NIP/ Failure to provide details - SJP Help

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor with experience dealing with this?
Received a Single Justice Procedure (SJP) yesterday (addressed and delivered to a neighbours property) for failure to provide details of the driver. In March, we received a NIP to our office and have the email proof that the form online had issues and they manually updated to reflect the driver details with confirmation of this being received. Nothing else has been received since until now.
Having spoken to the legal line on the papers provided to advise that they have the wrong address, and I have proof that the driver details have in fact been submitted, I was met with the default response of "you need to attend court if you don't enter a guilty plea".
Surely there's a way to avoid wasting a magistrates time, my time, and needless cost to simply show they have made an admin error and it's impossible for us to respond to something which was never actually sent to our address?

A common mistake is contacting the court rather than contacting both the prosecutor and the court.
Assuming there is only one charge (s.172) rather than s.172 and speeding.
1) Plead 'not guilty' using the online portal.
2) Email the police prosecutor inviting the prosecuting authority to review this case. N.b. This is not a CPS case. Do not contact the Crown Prosecution Service.
3) Copy email to the court.
If no response or an unsatisfactory response is received then get professional help.
