• Update on Our Upcoming Gathering*

A quick update after spending the last few days organizing our gathering.
I am delighted to announce that we have found our base camp! We have managed to fully privatize a 3-star hotel nestled right in the middle of the Alsace vineyards just for our group. You will find the link right below this message.

• Package Details*

The package per person from *Thursday, May 6 to Sunday, May 9, 2027* , includes:
• *3 nights* in a double room at the hotel
• Tourist taxes
• *3 breakfasts* (buffet style)
• *3 lunches* with soft drinks included (water, coffee, or tea)
• *2 dinners* (3 courses) with drinks included (water, 25 cl of wine, coffee, or tea)
• *1 gala dinner* with drinks included (aperitif, water, 25 cl of wine, coffee, or tea)
• Guided tours, tastings, and activities...
• Contribution to additional costs (mandatory group liability insurance, official registration with the prefecture, etc.)
• ...and of course, plenty of good vibes!

• Pricing*

• *Package price* : €550 per person in a double room.
• *Single room supplement* : €90.

• Not included (to be paid directly by you during the stay)* :

• Personal drinks at the bar
• Any extra drinks ordered during meals

• Registration & Payment Terms*

Because the number of available rooms is limited to the hotel’s total capacity ( *48 double rooms* ), your registration will only be confirmed once a *€250 deposit per person* has been received.

• Important Deadline* : The deadline for deposit payments is *September 25, 2026* , as I must secure the booking with the hotel before September 30, 2026. To guarantee the success of this project, please send your deposits as soon as possible and do not wait until mid-September.

• How to Confirm Your Spot*

1. The first and last names of all attendees.
2. Any specific requirements or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, twin beds, single room, etc.) so we can accommodate them as best as possible.
With only 48 rooms available, it is strictly *first come, first served* .

Just as an update, for those of you that don't know Michel is the president of the French Club Viper passion and he is dealing directly with the hotel and dealing with the finance. Cheers mark.
