I am wondering if anyone can advise me, we are down-sizing & I will need to put a small extension on the house to add an en-suite so that the bungalow fully meets our needs & I was wanting to try to generate a simple image to show what it may look like.

I obviously don't want to subscribe to any service/program as it is likely to be a one off, can anyone advise me of a half-decent free to use app that will help me out & any pointers on how to use it.

ChatGPT might work. I think you can sign up for free. No subscription etc

Anyway, the Mrs took a picture of our driveway and garages, uploaded the photo and told it what design changes she wanted. Whatsapp'd the result to me and well, I was quite surprised how good the result was. Pretty clever stuff.

Maybe have a play around with that.

I am redecorating my study and used Claude to help me work through some ideas, then got it to write a prompt to generate a picture in DALL-E. The layout wasn't quite right but good enough to see how it would look. I don't pay for either and can usually get three or four pictures from DALL-E with fresh prompts or one plus one change.
