Car looks great - is there any evidence that a Bore scoping investigation has been carried out and can I ask why it is being sold?

When the EPS IMS bearing upgrade was fitted at approx 48k miles, the engine and gearbox removed to do the job and give it a general overhaul but no mention of bore / cylinder attention.

I'm selling due to my advancing years hence car not used much last 3 years with preference towards my Cayenne for easier access and transport.
