My BT refusing to let subscribers access their records
Discussion
I've had BT for years and have had little in the way of problems.
It's been a week since I've been able to log into My BT. I wanted to give them money each month, but I've since found a work-around. I was thinking of changing my mobile and was wondering what BT would charge. I doubt I will now if I can't access my phone records. The BT Community forums show I'm far from the only one hit by the problem.
There's a phone number to contact BT but I'm getting on a bit and begrudge spending so high a percentage of what time I've got left listening to weird music.
Not expecting any help, but more warning anyone contemplating going with BT. And to have a dig at them.

Normally, your posts are clear, concise and interesting. This one might be interesting but for me, at least, it's almost impossible to understand. I think you'll have to clarify what it is you want sympathy for, or just be happy that you got whatever it was off your chest.
I hope you feel better in the morning.
