Has anyone else noticed a change in the way overpayments are processed , on my previous pcp,s if my payment was scheduled for the 1 st of the month I overplayed on the 3 rd my payment on the 1 st of next month was reduced by how much i over payed by .
Now if my payment is on the 1 st & I over pay on the 3 rd it can take 3 months before the next payment is reduced , I rang them and they said it can take upto 56 days to process the overpayment even though it states what the new payment is when you make the overpayment .
I’m assuming there benefiting from now taking 3 months to reduce your payment ? Though transactions are showing overpayment , reduced interest etc .
