07 Polo restoration

The old Polo needed some attention after 19 years, the heater matrix seals had to be replaced as leaking, the radiator also started to leak, so this was replaced, and while the front was off, the AC condenser looked a bit ropey so a new one went on at the same time.
It has had new front springs and top mounts, a new down pipe & cat. Then another major issue needed some attention.

The outer sill was in a bad way, the rest wasn't too bad, just some small repairs, then on with the new outer sill.

The other sill will need doing next year, the car is usually covered in mud as it gets used on the farm quite a lot. the paint on the roof and front bumper has crazed, so when I do the other sill I will respray the whole car.

For now, it's ready to go for MOT, and start clocking up it's next 165k.
