I don't mean to be rude but If that's all that's needed why hasn't it been done? No warranty with an auction so if it ends up needing a new condenser etc. that will be down to the buyer.

This. If it only needs a regas, that’s as cheap as chips and surely it would have been done given how hot it’s been this summer …

My 981 "probably needed a re-gas" but in reality it was condensers and a pipe. £1200 later
