Roman Shower - Bath Screen

Had this sat around in the box for a few weeks due to other ongoing jobs to do in the bathroom.
It all started nicely, lovely but of 8mm glass, nice looking frame but....
First issues
1. Turned out parts sent were completely wrong based on instructions
2. Instructions stated do silicon before the screen on the wall to tile..nope didn't fit so I had to cut out now risking leaking if that silicone don't bond
On issue 1 I phone up on Tuesday asking the support person on the phone why in the instructions I had a completely different part to what I've got..nothing but me in the wrong until finally after sending pictures that added up with them, so out they send me the parts but that was then sent on the Wednesday as "the engineer had gone home"....
Parts arrive next day....they've sent two Righthand pivot points....Zero quality control again. So on the phone again I go on Thursday....
By Friday PM nothing's arrived, FFS, I contact them "oh we've sent it but it will be early next week now"...BUT YOU DID NEXT DAY yesterday.
I now have all parts after chasing a next day Saturday delivery (Just).
Issue 2...
The frames not going in easily and with this 8mm screen weighing about 15kg and with my missus hardly being helpful I am not willing to risk getting the frame installed on the wall and me to start trying to shove in a shower screen tbh.
If you see on the red side of the image that is the bottom of the frame where my screen will need to "slot in" to the wall frame is completely misaligned compared to the other side.
IS this normal for shower frames to have it this tight or is this a manufacturing fault?
