I've taken the decision to jump ship and emigrate to Barcelona for work, and have just had the logistic reality hit me like a freight train - up until five minutes ago I was calm as a hindu cow about the whole thing, but now I realise just how much stuff I'll have to sell/store/lend to people before I go.:eek:

And I've only got two weeks to do it in.:yikes:

It's got to be done - no brainer.

I've had 3 opportunities - 2 to Boston and 1 to Amsterdam ... suffice to say I'm still here .... but I do still wonder "what if" .....

Just do it and don't worry about the short-term 'problems' - they're just that - short-term.

Barcelona is a fantastic place to spend time. I had 6 months out there while studying for my MSc and I wish I could have stayed there longer.
If I could live anywhere, Barcelona would be right at the top of my list.
