Im in the market for a new coffee machine, it’s £600 in John Lewis brand new, but back market has “ good “ condition for £430 and excellent for £550

Both come with 12 month guarantee.

Also in the market for a PS5.

Prepared to buy full price but I do like a bargin

I've literally ordered a refurbished phone from them this afternoon, due to be delivered on Tuesday. A few folks I know have recommended them, so fingers crossed it turns up in the condition described.

Wife bought a refurbished iphone, in "excellent" condition, from this company. It's going back as the buttons don't work.
It's worth it with phones where the saving is like £1,000 vs the new model, just don't delay with the return.

In your position OP, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from JL.

I bought a refurbished dell laptop from pC Renewed just after Christmas. The laptop is fine, service was fine, all in all was not an exciting purchase but it's done the job. They were a bit cheaper than Back Market so it's worth shopping around if you want refurbished tech. Not sure how many resellers there are for second hand coffee machines though!

Bought my daughter an IPhone 13 from them last June time, still working fine now. Will probably upgrade it for her at Christmas and will consider them again.

Same, bought mother a couple of iPads and iphones from them and all still working as should with the most recent one being bought around 3 years ago.

All of them had to be at least 3-4 years old when bought so now at least 6 years old.
