Can I ask why has this car done only 1000 miles in the past 8 years which suggests it's been mostly sitting since 2018 and there's something seriously wrong.

Also, the Bodyworks paperwork dated 20th Oct 2005 suggests accident repairs and I noted there was a change of registration in the same year which often happens after an accident. Can you confirm details of why this work was carried out.

Also - in the photo of the spare wheel, the metal surrounding the wheel isn't smooth which it should be. Has this been repared in the past,?

There is nothing wrong with the car mechanically. I have not used it much as my wife prefers a more comfortable car. I took it out occasionally to give it a good run and had 12,000 mile services done to keep it in good shape.

I bought the car in 03/2005, prior to purchase I had an RAC Porsche specialist inspect it for me. It was in excellent condition apart from some minor issues that the garage dealt with before purchase. The car had a number of stone chip damages around the front end and front wings. Discussed with bodywork specialist where I lived in Hampshire and we decided the best option was a strip back to bare metal and then a respray to Porsche specifications. This was carried out in 2005 - when stripped to bare metal no damage to body was found.

Change of number plate was due to the previous owner removing her private plate NDY50N prior to the purchase, K988FUW was the replacement registration. Have attached paperwork regarding plate change.

The spare wheel is as new, never been used or even out of the car except for cleaning.
