Hi All

I have a leaking rad cap on my 1990 400SE... Does anyone know the equivilant cap part number? I have the white plastic top tank (Ford??)Also the cap that is fitted to the steel coolant pipe on the very top of the engine... any ideas as the rubber on this one is cracked and looks perished.

Thanks in advance

Chris

High Chris -

I got replacement caps all round from a TVR dealer - Kerridges of Needham Market and they don't seem to be that much good.

However, I should check the various unions around the rad cap as it was later found that one of the unions had cracked under the rad cap itself causing a leak. For a while we thought it was the rad cap leaking.
