Back from Austec

Picked up the car from Austec after a full service and chassis refurb. Very impressed with the whole set up. Nothing was too much trouble and the car is running very nicely. Came back nice and clean as well!
Great drive back through the lanes with the roof down - still smiling! What more can you ask for ?

Hi ! Wondered how your car was.I'm lapsing into that 'too nice to go out in the wet' syndrome post chassis refurb..well actually I've always been like that-sad or wot-yeah,the Austec experience is that rarity, good service indeed.
I made a rash decision to instruct them to fit a Mallory coil I had purchased, the RV8 didn't care much for this and protested until Paul Austin patiently substituted a Bosch item..
Also noticed how high oil pressure is when cold,using their Valvoline.
