For those 993 owners, how long can you leave your car without requiring trickle chargers etc? My recently acquired 993C4S woke me up Thursday morning at 5am when the alarm went off - I assume because the battery was getting low - last driven the previous Saturday. As I'm not sure on the age of the battery, I replaced it today with a new Porsche one which was thankfully easy to do. The car has a PA1000 alarm and Tracker fitted. Anyone tell me how long they can go without trouble? I've ordered a trickle charger from the local OPC - I was pleased to find it was "only" £38...

Any opinions greatly received!

My car also has a tracker and an alarm. I've parked it up for two weeks without any problems.

BTW i bought a replacement battery from GSF. It's a Bosch Silver and I got one with a bigger ampere rating than the original.
