Jut after a bit of advice! After a quick wash, I often find a few persistent bugs and maybe the last 10% of a bird strike, what's the best way of removing these without too much damage to the lacquer? I'm a bit wary of just rubbing harder and harder with a sponge!

Sorry if this has already been asked, but a quick search didn't throw anything up from PH.

A quick go with a jet wash works best for me. We have a persistent birdpoo problem emanating from trees close to our property. Trying to remove with sponges etc will just push the grit into the paint.

Bug removers sprays are quite good but warm water is key, soak a microfiber in your shampoo solution and place it on the area for a minute or two.
