*Manual 991.1 S production numbers?

Hi all,

I have been looking for a manual 991.1 S with the 3.8 engine, but finding one is turning out not to be particularly straightforward.

I know the PDK was by far the more popular option, but it has made me wonder what the production numbers actually were.

Do we know how many manuals were delivered to the UK across the 2S and 4S?

Did they ever make a manual S Targa? That is the dream, but I’m led to believe they don’t even exist!

If anyone has any data on this, I’d find it fascinating.

Manual targa 991s definitely exist, Tiff's original review on youtube with Evo is using a manual model - it's a 4S.

They are rare though. I am sure I've read a few times that the manual option in the 991 wasn't particularly loved.

The 7-spd manual was first introduced in the 2012 991.1, and initially came in for quite a bit of criticism.
And, at that time, the PDK auto was highly vaunted.

However, it was improved, definitely for the 991.2, but possibly in later 991.1s.
