I did think remnants from walnut blasting, but even if so I wouldn't want it.

Its an Audi TTS and ad claims a timing belt change - Im assuming that pic is supposed to illustrate that.

It's all the detritus that's more interesting

Looks like the car has had mice living in it, I would give it a wide berth. Once they start nibbling the wiring it can be a total nightmare to sort out.
