Not a fan of graffiti, although "Give peas a chance" did make me smile and it should never have been Helched.

No information on cause of death. He was 34 apparently.

I have. I'm not convinced his stuff was much good though. Did he do stuff other than write "H" or "Helch"?

He is being feted all over social media. Personally I think his work is disgusting (as in, an affront), and should be painted over as soon as possible by the state. But it isn’t cos we’re broke.

Clunky art and trashed other people's 'work' to boost his own profile.

Can imagine why he might now be dead at 34 if rollering a few HELCH around the place was the peak of his existence.

Don't remember seeing any 'art' of his, but know the name from the bridge over the M25 at about 10 o'clock

Artwork? I will agree he was an artist although not the kind he probably aspired to. Contributed nothing to the world.

WTF is wrong with people glorifying him painting his st all over our buildings and costing taxpayers money to have it removed?! Good riddance.

I can't click on Daily Hate links, but if he ever did anything with "Give peas a chance" then he nicked it from greeting cards from the early noughts.

Alongside "Peas on Earth" "Pugs not drugs" etc.

He painted over a well known old graffiti on a bridge to add his tag to it. It didn't even make any sense once he'd fked with it.

Baffling indeed. I had no idea he was well known but I have seen HELCH on a motorway bridge, somewhere.

Scruff, I think society will be better off without him.

Yes, the word “art” doesn’t really apply does it ?

If you’ve visited the Algarve in the past few years you will have seen “KAMS” and “WASP” daubed all over the place. Not a good look when plastered over historic buildings in picturesque locations (eg Carvoeiro).

In 2017 he/she seems to have visited the U.K. and buildings in Southampton were Kamsed/Wasped.

"Give peas a chance" wasn't Helch. It was on the bridge after the M40 junction going clockwise on the M25. It was there for years, until Helch painted over it.

He is no loss in my opinion. I wouldn't shead a tear for Banksy either.

Graffiti 'artists' should be subject to capital punishment. What's with defacing buildings, trains, busses etc? It must cost a fortune in paint for a start, then there's travel costs & the risk of ending up with a criminal record. It's no different to vandalism.

Maybe he fell off a high bridge and the last sound he made was HeeeellllLCH. It would be apt.
