Yes. Absolutely invaluable, especially if you have a gen 1 Vanquish. Plenty of Vantage, DB7 and DB9 owners plus some real Newport Pagnell gems

There is massive technical knowledge, a group of indy garages and an on going ad hoc technical team who are actively sourcing and testing alternative parts. All working together to keep our cars on the road without paying the Aston tax.

A really friendly bunch, sort of a smaller version of TIPEC.

Yes Astonowners.com is definitely one of the best Aston sites especially for the technically inclined.
They are really concentrating on keeping Astons on the road and at sensible prices.
A good crowd from the site going to the Isle of Man motoring festival in a couple of weeks time.

I saw a video on YouTube by Hutson Engineering where they were rebuilding a V12 unit and working on fixes for "the tick" and the guy (Kevin?) mentioned that Aston owners were involved in the process so I figured there must have been a good source of technical knowledge in their group, so worth signing up to.
It is funny how you see very similar questions and answers on there, on here and 6Speed around the same time, so they are my main sources.

Yes. Made some good friends on there and we had our own area at the recent Simply Aston Martin day at Beaulieu.

I've had parts from their separate website Astonspares.co.uk, in particular the front flexible brake hoses for my V8V. Especially good quality re-manufactured units and at a fraction of the price of AM parts. As said above, they are focussed on keeping our cars on the road.

For what it costs, then yes, though the membership tends to centre around NP and Gaydon cars (DB9/Rapide/Vantage).

If you have that one question about a new Vantage or whatever, there will be someone in there that can answer and that, for the modest price of membership, is enough.

I'm on Aston Owners as well. Know several of the members and been able to meet up with them in Stuttgart and in Cambridge. They have been working with Hutson Engineering, as mentioned in someone else's response, and are testing a 6.5 liter V12 upgrade.
