Sound Service (Oxford) Limited - ceased trading?

I have bought from this place before, all ok, but this week I tried again and got this when I chased them:
"Many thanks for your email.
Unfortuantely due to an internal restructuring we have had to pause trading for the foreseeable future.
If you have placed an order this will be cancelled and refunded.
Many thanks
Sound Service Oxford Team"
Would be grateful if anyone can shed any light on this. Their web site is still accepting orders. That must be illegal.
Also, where else to buy soundproofing?
I've tried researching on Companies House with no significant result, but I did notice the director is called Michael Fish - oh dear, I think there's a storm brewing.

Perhaps all the people that know how to stop the web site from accepting orders have lost their jobs. Or perhaps it's done by an external firm who have an issue with the company.
