Has anyone used Axioma for minor repairs?

I have a couple of scratched through the lacquer on the rear bumper of my car and a chip about half the size of a little finger nail on the tailgate that has chipped the lacquer but not the base coat underneath.
I have a quote from Axioma that looks competitive. The car is a Ferrari in metallic black nero daytona (if that makes a difference)
I am not brave/competent enough to tackle this damage myself
Experience of Axioma would be welcome

It's basically an intermediary service I believe, so really just a platform.
You search for a local smart repair, its massive SEO investment puts it at the top of google, you ask for a quote, they then put it out to us independent small repair shops for us to do the work, and they take a portion for linking the customer and service.
Bark are the worst, the customer puts a job on, then us as the trade have to pay to even look at what the job is before we can even decide if its a job that we want.
As long as you are happy with the limits of what a Smart repair can achieve then its good value for money, its just a balance of expectations against budget, then any decent trade can give you the pros and cons of various options for you, the customer to then decide.
The limits of smart repair are dependant on what the damage is, where it is, what colour the car is and then to some extent atmospheric conditions, they are limited to quick drying materials which are amazing, but they are never going to give a show finish, thats not what they are designed for, but they will improve the average minor damage to an everyday car.
They generally do amazing work outside for very competitive prices, but there are limits and compromises in return, and thats for you , the customer to decide on, as long as you are briefed on the pros and cons.

My brother had a 430 in Nero and a bubble appeared on his front o/s wheel arch, about 4mm diameter. I said to him I could fix that as I thought black would be easy to match, WRONG. Be careful is all I say.
My experience is if you can get a perfect match tin of spray, spray a bit into the spray tin cap and apply with a rolled up piece of tissue, apply a couple of times, leave to dry and buff up. If not pay a decent specialist to sort it.
Ask them what they plan to do... my concern will be they'll end up painting/lacquering quite a lot of the rear bumper to blend it and who knows how good a job theyd do. My daughter got an Axioma guy round to do a dent and scratch in her Mini door and the lacquer finish is terrible, though to be fair his prep up to that point and paint match was decent given the working environment. Look at reviews of the individual operative you will be getting. Buy cheap, buy twice.
