Saw a thread on Reddit where someone found this in a skip.

I don’t recognise the frame, any idea what it is?

ZXR400 maybe with a larger engine fitted so the frame has been modified to make it fit?

I thought it could be a ZZR because of the distinctive lower chassis rail (first seen on the GPZ600 in 1985).
The holes near the headstock might be for the ram-air tubes on the later (E?) models, and I am sure the front mudguard and clocks are ZZR.
Swing arm is non-standard. - looks to have a very long wheelbase.
Chassis number starting JKAZX4.... is for a ZZR600.

It was an American post so either been to a drag strip or a poser. Probably the latter.

The Americans do like their extended swing arms!

For the US market the first generation ZZR600 was called the ZX6 Ninja.
