Very optimistic for this one, I hope it continues in the same vein as the previous two films.

The thing wrong with the belated dumb and dumber sequel was that they were basically exactly the same losers.
If they had made them inexplicably bosses of large corporations in competition with each other it would have been funny especially as it was released after the financial crash.
An example of cowardly film making.
The inbetweeners3 would be good if say the dumbest one was most successful, and the swotty chap was some put upon worked to death employee, trying to point out how obviously incompetent the others are to no avail.
Obviously the writers were quite good so im sure they can do better but I fear they do the usual, and just move characters on to where the audience wishes to be. Cozy bbc sitcom ste like gavin and stacy.

They'll probably all be married with kids or something and then be away on a lads-only reunion holiday or the like within about ten minutes of it starting. Cue a return to a load of immature rubbish from 40-something men.

The 'American Pie' series of films have done all this already, of course.

the lazy option will be one of them is getting married so it will be stag do

the start of the trailer reminded me of the mk5 rs2000 escort advert "the people want you back"

Needs Simon to be going through a messy divorce, Will to be in a sexless marriage, Neil to be inexplicably rich.

Motherland has kind of done the Inbetweeners as adults.

I'd like to see..

Simon just getting out of a messy divorce having lost everything
Carly also divorced, childless and sniffing around Simon
Jay still living at home in his 40's
Neil making a fortune after inventing something he discovered by accident
Will in a dead end job with a local paper angry that he isnt being taken seriously as a journalist
Wills mum and 'Phil' are married and Will has to call him dad
Niels dad has remarried a very butch looking 'woman'

And I know it's lazy but all set around Neil's stag do and subsequent wedding.

If they can get it right I think it could be great.

Didn’t think the films were a patch on the series and the second one was pretty poor. Hopefully this one won’t be worse.

Really pleased about this, think it's almost natural to do another one to see where they all are in life.

This - the first film had a lot of funny moments but the plot was weak.

The 2nd film was meh.

It should just be left alone but I assume the cast need a cash injection.

All acceptable till the typical british rom com ste at the end.
The general public always want fictional characters to have some sort of progression somewhere. I prefer it to be a bit like the road runner cartoon lol.

Given how awful the second film was, I can't think that over a decade of absence is going to make them any funnier.

If he's driving the exact same car then you can guarantee it's just a lazy cash grab.
