981 Boxster S suspension diagnostics?

I own a 2014 Boxster S with PASM and 50k miles on the clock. I've had it since 2018 when it had 8k on the clock. I use the car for one or two European road trips a year plus a few local summertime runs. I don't use it daily. It's been fitted with Michelin PS4S N0 tyres all round for the last few years.

For the last couple of years, the front nearside corner has started making a slight of a "clacking" sound and feel when going over cobblestones or lumps in the road rather than the normal "thump" from the other corners. Previously I've asked the driver who comes to collect the car for service at my OPC whether he can feel it, and he couldn't. This year I've started noticing it more strongly, and now I can feel it in the steering too. And for the first time when I asked the OPC's driver, he said he could feel it too.

Porsche wanted something like £240 just to begin investigating and I don't particularly have faith in them isolating the cause, so it felt like it would be wasted money. I expect the issue is a worn component like a bush, but I don't want to go doing a full suspension refresh in the hope of fixing the issue. The car's handling is so far unaffected - there doesn't appear to be any slop in the steering. It's just an unpleasant sound and feel.

Are there any specialists you'd recommend to be able to find and fix the issue? Not necessarily a Porsche specialist, but ideally a suspension specialist who also knows these cars? I'm on the borders of Surrey and Berkshire and less than 10 minutes from M25 J13/Heathrow
