Clarke CCL2250 Hydraulic lift for underbody cleaning
Discussion
Hey guys, we have three family cars (FK8 Civic Type R, Up! Gti and an Audi TT) and I want to start cleaning the underneath of them and prepping them for Lanoguard protection. There are places around here that do that, but it's £400 a pop and needs done yearly I believe.
I saw a deal on the Machine Mart Clarke CCL2250 hydraulic lift and wondered if anyone else had used one.
Basically it's to get under each of the cars with enough clearance to jet wash, sand / brush the surface rust and apply Lanoguard maybe once or twice a year. Although it's a £1200 outlay it would pay for itself before long.
Other question is that our driveway is slightly sloped forward and not completely flat, would this be an issue?
Thanks
Keith
