Bold strategy to go straight in with blaming the victim there...

I get it, it's too good to be true, but these people aren't your old Nigerian princes on email, they are actually real individuals that show up in person, flash cash, portray a genuine lifestyle and immerse the victim in it. By the time the cracks show, they are already sold. It's not an unsophisticated scam, this still will feel very real to the victims for a really long time.

The bizarre thing for me with the first one in the series was what he was getting out of it - he didn't appear to be scamming money from the victim, so was it just lying so he could have a relationship with her and get her pregnant? The motivation for such an elaborate set of lies and scheming just didn't add up.

Tonight’s were a couple of Scottish dunces and the reality of this pair and millions like them is the government indemnifies their stupidity through the welfare system. Tax payers are on the hook for these morons and their contemporaries so there’s not enough money to provide sufficient prisons spaces or effective military defences.
