TV wall mount for large screens - vertical force spreading

I have a 65" professional monitor which is heavy. Its case is steel and takes two people to lift it - it even comes with two handles on each end to facilitate moving it around. It came out of an office and was mounted on folded steel floor stands so it can be wheeled around. The stand is even heavier than the screen itself.

I want to wall mount it. The wall is a conventional concrete block construction (inner), cavity and brick (outer).

All the large TV brackets seem to spread the weight horizontally but there isn't much vertical distance from the top and bottom wall fixings. I do need the screen mounted at a small angle to face into the room.

Before I start cutting-up the floor stand and welding it to suit my requirements, does anyone have any recommendations please?

Mount some vertical rails to the wall, fix the mount to the rails, pack out the top ones with washers to give the angle?

Doesn't need anything clever as far as I can see?

Yeah, makes sense and aligns with how I was going to go about making my own bracket.

I kind of wanted to see how a ready-made product addressed this and then I would decide whether to buy one or make one as described.
