Can anyone recommend a good, easy to use Chisel Sharpener?

Not bothered about spending a reasonable sum on something good. Would like a device that automatically sets the correct bevel angle if possible.

What's a reasonable sum?

Tormek if you have £££
Clarke/Rutlands/Record Power clone with less £
Oilstone and a roller guide if you have far less £

I've looked up the Tormek and that would be too much.
Hopefully something decent for £200 or less.

Finish off with a roller honing guide on a sheet of wet'n'dry paper, on a flat surface like glass.

The rough boy method involves a wooden wedge of the correct angle, and a belt sander.
Don't use the same belt for wood afterwards!

Like many of us, I have inherited oil stones with trenches worn in them...

I’ve had good results with this one

Although I opted for the cheaper OEM non trend branded M-Power version

Check the kit contents to make sure, exact same thing, quite a bit cheaper, trend just slap their name on it.
