A neighbour has just had PP "approved with conditions" for replacement windows (actually refurb frames & sashes and replace glass with slimline double glazing). I've got the Planning Portal reference and the Planning Application reference but I can't see what these conditions are. We're in a conservation area with an Article 4 Direction and I want to do the same to my windows so I'm curious what 'extras' planning have stipulated. It was approved this week, should I just wait a bit?

Of course I could get off my fat arse and talk with them but PH rarely fails to deliver smile

The conditions will be listed on the decision notice. The decision notice should be visible online.

Not yet; redacted application, elevation view, location plan etc but no approval document. I suspect I'm just jumping the gun a bit.

If it was only approved in the past week you may need to wait another week for the approval document to get uploaded.

What is the Article 4 controlling in your CA, removal of PD rights in connection with window alterations presumably?

"All external alterations". I suspect the conditions will be related to the change from single to double glazed; maybe a requirement for heritage glass, don't know.
