You die and reincarnate in another world, what do you do?

Just something I've wondered about for a while. You die, and are reincarnated in another world. You are born, as a baby with your memories from your past life intact.
What do you do? And that means everything. You in theory have cheat codes for life, even though its a different world and may or may not have magic, for example. You have another chance.
If the world you are reborn in to is less advanced than this one, do you use your knowledge to become rich? Help people? Or just take it easy? Do you change the world and introduce such advancements that its very nature is changed?
What about relationships. Do you use your experience to fix mistakes of your past and not worry, do you vow not to date until X age due to your mental age gap, do you vow to be celibate for life or, in a world with other races who may be longer lived/older (Elves etc), do you seek those out?
Do you tell people? Or keep it hidden?
