Auracast for better speech listening

OK we're a couple of oldies and get frustrated by poor speech quality from the TV, especially films! Currently using HDMI to Wiim amp pro and with the speech enhanced on the wiim ap equaliser there's a real improvement.

MDW has now got hearing aids and I've been reading about auracast.

I see that some ear buds are Auracast enabled as well.

What I'm thinking is using simultaneous output to external speakers and BT LE. Users with Auracast enabled earwear can then enjoy enhanced audio. If the speech channel could be separated it would be even better.

Does anyone know if there's any work been done on this?
