What was you real-life re-enactment of "Duel"?

In the Steven Spielberg classic "Duel", an everyman motorist gets hunted down by a death wish HGV.
I had a mild version this morning. Renault SUV thing pulls out (in plenty of time) in front of me on a B-road. I'm at NSL, nice long straight so I just keep the speed up and overtake. Safe, no other traffic, no sweat. Red rag to SUV bull, Renault thing can't catch up on the twisties but then we get to a 40 and then a 30. It is easily doing 50 in the lower speed zones. Back in the NSL and he drops back, another 30 zone and he is 15mm from my bumper. I over-take another 45ish NSL dawdler and the Renault is never seen again.
Anyone got sone good "Duel" stories?
