Polestar 4 - hands-free phone problem

My wife has a 2026 Polestar 4. Very often if she's on the phone using the built-in phone hands-free integration, the person on the other end (usually me) can hear themselves talking. Sometimes hanging up and reconnecting seems to fix it. Turning down the call volume through the car speakers does not fix the issue - she tells me it's turned down so she can barely hear it but I hear myself speak about 0.5 to 1 second's delay.

Anyone else got this? Anything we can do about it?
