F11 heated seat issue

My 2011 F11's driver seat has an intermittent heating issue. I use the bum warmers a lot for my dodgy back so quite important I sort it.
First noticed a problem when I tried to turn it on and the 3 green lights on the button just flash and go out when the button is released. No seat heating. Next time I started the car, it was working fine. Then sometimes not, sometimes it's normal and so on.
Error codes are:
9029A6
8029CE
802A18
These are comfort seats if it makes any difference to the possible cause and fix.
It was working this morning but I'm not convinced that the thigh support is warming up. I turned the passenger side on at the same time to compare and thigh support felt warm on that one.
Any wisdom gratefully received.
