I’m heading to the US for work at the end of the week, and have a stop off in New York for a few days on the way. I’ve booked a hotel near Penn Station, NJ as I’m bouncing out of EWR and I’ve got a ticket to see Green Bay @ Jets on Sunday.

However, any recommendations for other things to see/do around that side? I’m trying to avoid Manhattan if possible. The Ironbound district looks fairly interesting, with a few breweries and tap rooms to visit.

Anything else to look out for?
