Done 19000 miles in my 296 GTB and loved every mile question is should i continue to increase mileage and will my car be worth anything .
Ps I have not had any problems with car just gets better with the milage

Isn't the usual answer that no Ferrari with over about 5000 miles is worth anything so just keep enjoying it - and on a similar note what would you replace it with ? Even a new 296 cost to change could easily be six figures (depreciation & cost increases) - if anything the depreciation curve should now soften

I read somewhere that Ferrari dealerships would not touch any car over 30,000 miles which seemed nuts, but I guess something they can do, considering their success.

I think you source may have been somewhat incorrect. When I was searching for a 488 a couple of years ago, Maranello had a 35K miles example for sale that I was considering and I have also seen a couple of other different models at Lovetts in Swindon with over 30K miles.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Your car is already a "high mileage" car in ridiculous Ferrariland.

I have to say i absolutely love your attitude. Bought the car, driven it loads, racked up the miles and enjoyed every minute of it.

At the end of the day, i always think if you are able to afford to buy one of these cars then you should be able to afford any depreciation on it especially if you have used it a lot.

I bought a Lamborghini recently and have been really enjoying driving it. I don't care about the mileage, i want to take it on a European road trip etc. When i come to sell it i will probably have lost a fair bit but i see that as a trade for the enjoyment I've had out of it.

As long as you've had it properly serviced (dealership) and extend any official warranties i wouldn't worry too much about mileage and just carry on enjoying the car as you have been...we're all a long time dead!

I know low mileage on any car has always been preferable but when did this ridiculous 'Must be very low miles' on Ferraris start?
If I was in the lucky position to own a Ferrari that would've been out all the time over Summer this year.
