Most comfortable EV?

Hi all, sadly my relatives Hyundai Ioniq 5 was stolen last month (within seconds remotely) and they are looking for replacement EV that's at least as comfortable as one of them suffers from severe back pain issues.
Does anyone have recommendations for EV's which can cope with speed bumps and potholes? The performance and range isn't that important for them as it will mainly be used for short urban trips.
They've already test driven a Citroen EC4 as Citroen used to known for comfort but they preferred the Hyundai, I suggested an iPace with air suspension but there's publicised issues with the battery packs?

Pretty much any non performance orientated EV with air suspension is going to be very comfortable. Obviously not speccing massive wheels helps too!
I used to have an iPace with air. Very lovely of course! But it wasn't as soft as you'd think, because it was designed to be a sporty drive. I'd say the air stopped it being crashy more than making it overtly soft and floating.
I ve always found Volvo seats very good. I have a Polestar 2, which are made by Volvo and the seats have the Volvo style headrest/are effectively a Volvo seat, it s a Plus pack car which has the seats with more lumbar adjustment, knee and bolster support.
Only thing to note is there isn’t much headroom in the back, anyone 6’+will have their head on the ceiling.

I somewhat agree in that my Taycans suspension is very good at soaking up the bumps; however, it still has a firm ride as you’d expect compared to my old EQC.Don’t get me wrong it’s much, much better but if it’s for someone who just wants to waft around I don’t think you can go far wrong with an approved used EQC.
Say £25k for a 3 year old car with warranty and at 4 years old you can extend with Mercedes for a further 2 years for just £750.
My i5 Touring is excellent for comfort. I think you need to test drive as with EVs being heavy they can have heavy spring rates making them not comfortable on uneven surfaces. If air suspension than that’s fine. Do you need to consider easy access, a taller car might be easier to get into.
