M1 Roe deer dead
Discussion
Almost every night when i was travelling up the M1 at about 3.30am i would see at least one Roe dear on the grass at the side of the hard shoulder inbetween junction 12 and 13 may be you have as well.
Well no more i`m afraid, on Friday am i saw the poor little bugger dead on the hard shoulder.
It never seamed to wander onto the carriageway and usually made eye contact (it did`nt really but it looked like it to me)
If they are pack animals i bet his friends had a crap weekend (a bit like me really).
It was on the north bound side so just take it easy next time you pass by.

Out of interest, just how slow is a one series with a 1.4 in it?
Its turbo, supercharged chipped intercooler, red lines at 11.500 rpm Kevlar panels stripped with a full roll cage a 3.1 back axel o.60 in 4.7 secs top speed 105mph so yes it is a bit slow, but it rings my bell.
Sorry mate i`m getting carried away with this PH jargon.
Its quite slow.
