2019 Aventador Door Battery Service message

Today got the message "Door Battery Service" in the 2019 Aventador S.
It seems there is a 9V lithium battery in the Pydos unit that controls the door opening in an emergency. These batteries have a life span of 7 years and the date is coded in the instrument panel.
Has anybody been able to renew the battery themselves and also reprogram the instrument panel? Thing is the dealer charges around 4000,- for it as they replace the whole unit instead of just the 9Vbattery.
