Pressure Washer Drain Jetters

It's only something I've ever needed to use every couple of years but after unblocking our drains with my rods I'm thinking it may be easier (or at least more fun) to get one of those jetter hoses that attach to a pressure washer to unblock drains.
Are they any good, anything to look out for in particular and any disadvantage to getting a 30m hose over a 10m? 9m of drain rods have been enough to date but price differential between 10 and 30m is minimal so bigger is better?

I bought a 30 meter one off of Amazon to go on my karcher, needed to buy an adapter to fit it to the lance. Can't fault it, it's way better and easier than the rods I used to use to get rid of all the baby wipes the idiots down the road flush

Best bit is that it just pulls itself along, you can just cable tie the trigger on the lance and let it go. Wish I had a more powerful jet wash to be honest, it's quite fun letting it loose.

I found two types. One has solid "bullet heads", and the other has the head mounted on a spring assembly. The Nilfisk model for sale uses the spring-type.

It turns out the "spring type" does not work with grassy horse manure. More homogenous solids may work better with that style.

I bought one to have a go at unblocking our kitchen sink from the other end. I would say it does a good job, though it wouldn't get round 90 degree corners so didn't actually finish the job for me. This is what I got: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BQ7Q6HR1

Length is going to be based entirely on how much drain you're going to send it up; the longer it is, the more unwieldy so don't just go for 30m if 10m will do. 10m of hose is already fairly heavy.
