I'm in the process of putting a website together. Thing is, I can't remember jack about HTML and the associated other stuff. Can anyone recommend a good reference book that covers more than just HTML. I have a technical background (2900 assembler anyone?), but really know very little about the web stuff...

I use www.devguru.com as a quick reference most times for HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.

Alternatively download a free site template off the web and simply 'fill in the blanks'.
