Aston Martin vantage rear lights

Hi a real simple question, does anybody know who replaces, (or if it is possible )the leds on the rear lights on 08-17 vantages ? I know the covers can be taken off and resealed in order to get rid of condensation, it’s the duff leds though. Any information appreciated , thanks

Aston Installations do upgrades/repairs on them
